SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only using USPS as our primary shipping provider.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.
Tracking
All shipments include USPS tracking. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have left our facility. If this occurs, please contact USPS directly to file a claim using your tracking number.
Note: We do not currently offer shipping insurance. Customers assume full responsibility once the item is marked “Delivered.” If you would like to purchase additional protection for your package, please contact us prior to placing your order.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final due to the unique and delicate nature of our products. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
However, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us at planet3rocks@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include the following:
- Order Number
- Clear Photo(s) of the item and packaging.
- Description of the Issue
We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, may issue a replacement or store credit. Requests submitted after 48 hours from delivery may not be honored.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. Please review your cart carefully and verify all information before completing your purchase.
PAYMENT DISPUTES
We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks or payment reversals initiated through Shopify Payments or any other payment provider. In the event of a dispute, we will provide evidence including order confirmation, tracking details, and a copy of these store policies.
Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as payment fraud and may be pursued accordingly.
DAMAGED ITEMS AND REPORTING TIMEFRAME
Customers are responsible for inspecting orders upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We are unable to assist with claims made beyond this window.
PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
All products are made from natural crystals and stones. Variations in color, size, texture, and inclusions are completely normal and are not considered defects.

Yes. All of our crystals are genuine and natural, unless otherwise noted. Due to their organic origin, each piece will vary in color, size, and pattern. These natural variations are part of what makes each item unique.
10. Do you guarantee the metaphysical or healing properties of your crystals?
We share information about the traditional and spiritual uses of crystals, but we do not guarantee any results. Crystals are not a substitute for medical treatment or professional advice.
