At Planet 3 Rocks, every crystal and product is hand-selected with love and intention to bring you the best energy possible. Because our items are unique, natural specimens, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We want you to love your order, so please review all product descriptions and photos carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions before placing an order, feel free to contact us—we’re always here to help!

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely, but we understand that mishaps can happen during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at planet3rocks@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and assist in finding a resolution (such as a replacement or store credit).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
