Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Planet 3 Rocks! We want to make sure your items arrive safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Domestic Shipping Only (United States)

At this time, Planet 3 Rocks only ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We do not offer international shipping at this moment.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed in real-time at checkout. These rates are determined directly by the carrier based on the total weight of your package and your delivery location.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Standard transit generally takes 3–7 business days once the carrier scans the package.
  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak holiday seasons.

4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Planet 3 Rocks ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Planet 3 Rocks is not responsible for any state or local taxes applied to your order outside of standard checkout calculations. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Planet 3 Rocks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We highly recommend monitoring your tracking information closely to ensure a safe delivery.
